Time (pocket watch)- Our current ideas about time will be fossilised- the notion of a '3 stage' life (from education, employment and retirement) will become multi-stage and have more transitions and changes within it. 
 
Money (dollar bill)- In the future, cash is redundant (as we're paying online and through our smart devices). Also to live 100 years, ideas about how we save and spend money will change (considering the future of a longer work life as well).
 
Writing (pen)- in the future, brain-computer interface will eliminate the need for writing by hand.
 
Mobility (walking stick)- with advances in technology, the need for items like canes to assist walking become redundant.

These practices relate to our IIP industry partner because Batyr uses storytelling as a core element of their business.


We believe that this will be obsolete 50+ years from now as technologies develop and we lose skills such as handwriting.
