Second, combining both ways of learning would beneficial scholars in communication while getting better contact with teammates. Clearly, traditional learning solves the problem of communications from the virtual learning, while giving students the opportunities to interact face-to-face with their friends and teachers. Therefore, the efficiency would be better and influences to each members of the class would eventually grew up together. Adding to the details, our morale would be entirely growing, as students not have to sticked with one kind of style through-out the process.

Blended learning is an approach that mixes instructor-led classroom training with online content. This can be held face-to-face or learning online. The benefits of blended learning are learning in different ways and different things, because of so many styles of studying, a blended learning solution makes sense. Another advantage is that blended learning can save money because we can learn online and don't have to spend money on distance locations. Moreover, we can spend less money on training and education. However, online learning libraries alone lack the engagement, practical exercise and personal feedback that optimize learning. So we need to make it useful instead of making useless things. Furthermore, blended learning may help us to save time because we can spend time learning more and less time going to another place.

Man, there are 2 main ways of learning something, either it face-to-face or online learning, but how about you mix both of the way up and have Blended Learning as way of learning, it basically mean you have the tradition way of training combined with online contents to create a flexible user learning experience Blended learning is the best of both worlds, giving learners the guidance and interaction of an in-class experience along with dynamic and flexible learning opportunities outside of the classroom. The benefits of Blended Learning are, the first advantage is that blended helps you reach a larger audience in a shorter time.Well-suited for large groups because contrary to the traditional methods, blended learning doesn’t require the trainer to be present all the time. Traditional classroom settings are constrained to a limited number of people at the same time.
second advantages: learners set their own pace

It can be hard to learn with other people, especially if they have different learning styles. On the other hand, some might enjoy learning in a group. A rotation model could do wonders for blended learners .

Blended learning at it's finest is a combination of online learning and face-to-face learning, a "blend" of traditional classroom instructions-interactions and online, digital materials. It offers flexibillity like no other methods of learning while still retaining the biggest advantage of actually showing up to a classroom which is face-to-face, physical interaction with teachers and friends. Say, with online-learning, there could be potential distractions that keeps students from focusing on their lessons and for teachers, it'll be one hell of a job to keep the kids focused and engaged to what you are presenting to them. With traditional ways of learning which is face-to-face, lessons could be stale since it lacks the initial zing or zap the student needs to stay focused because all they have is a textbook. But then blended learning can remove most of the downsides from both methods while still keeping the core values of them intact and maybe even advancing it. The way that it "blends" these two methods of learning allows students to work with online and digital materials while still having their friends, teacher right then and there so that if they have a potential question popping up, they can just turn their face and ask their friends, not having to ask for the permission to turn on the mic or email the teacher, etc. Overall, blended-learning is an excellent way for teachers to update and innovate their ways of teaching while still keeping their students interested and in-check.

Blended learning is a modern teaching strategy that combines traditional classroom instruction with online learning. This tactic has gained popularity as more instructors become aware of its benefits. By combining online and offline activities, students may choose the day and place of their study sessions, which enhances time management. Another benefit of blended learning is that students may study at their own pace. Thanks to the availability of online resources everywhere students may review difficult courses and study material anytime they need to. Because of this, individuals are able to spend more time on the things they need to learn and less time reviewing what they already know. Online exercises like quizzes, games, and interactive simulations can be more interesting and motivating for students than traditional lectures. In conclusion, blended learning is a tactic that schools should use to make the lesson more attractive and effective as well.

Blended learning as defined by Cambridge Dictionary: (noun) a way of learning that combines traditional classroom lessons with the use computer technology and may be given over the internet.

As we can see from the previous definition, blended learning blur the line between online and traditional methods of education to bring out the best of both worlds. First, the use of blended learning can easily accomodate the fundamental differences in the ways that people learn and retain information. By ultilizing multiple modalities we can fill in any knowledge gaps left by modes that were less than optimal for the specific topic or learner thus reinforces interaction and egagement. Blended learning also give the learner the freedom to control their own pace, relieving the stress of the learning process. Finally, this method is very scalable both upward and downward. Dedicated classroom training takes a lot of time to set up and participate in and online libraries alone lack the engagement, practical exercise and personal feedback that optimize learning. For these reasons a blended learning program enables employees to upskill quickly in a specific technology or subject.

Blended learning is a new educational method which is a combination of traditional classroom methods with online learning opportunities and educational resources. The learner may have some degree of control over the time, location, path, or pace, but both the teacher and the learner must be physically present. There are various benefits of blended learning as it has been found to result in better learning results than other learning methods, such as those that are solely online or face-to-face. Firstly, the flexibility in material presentation that blended learning gives allows for the presentation of some subjects online while other, more complex subjects are taught in the classroom. Secondly, for large global enterprises and corperation, blended learning is useful because it can be greatly scaled. It is less expensive to deliver and saves time with the increased effectiveness comparing to other kinds. On the other hand, some disadvantages of blended learning include high maintenance cost for infrastructure setup and devices, technological dependence. Blended learning often relies heavily on technology to deliver online learning experiences, and the digital tools and online assets need to be reliable, easy to use, and up-to-date for them to have a meaningful impact; hence, it is not widely applied. Overall, blended learning provides a more engaging and effective learning experience for students. Whilst having specific drawbacks, it has tremendous potential to grow.

In my opinion blended learning can have a significant amount of benefit to both the students and teachers. Blended learning enables students to study online, as quickly as they can manage, instead of having the pace set by the fastest or slowest learner in the group. They can skip ahead past familiar information or pause, rewatch and find additional resources. They can also access the content when they are most needed and even take breaks as necessary. This “flipped” blended approach enables learners to start with the knowledge they gained on their own and then plus the group interaction of social learning and finally, the hands-on practice of applied learning projects.
