The comment sounds like they want more regular but small surveys to target a specific issue (one month - finance issue, next month - HR issue...) Could be short Likert scale answer options. And allows some to disregard if it doesn't apply to them

anonymous feedback is difficult. could create a process to ask "if you shared feedback around xyz topic, please come to this "breakfast / coffee" conversation and talk more about it

Anonymous comments aren't as helpful. Often need clarifying or more discussion. Could take sensitive topics to supervisors, or encourage frank conversations. transparency.

people could submit a "discussion question of the month" from the town hall - people could have discussions about a certain topic

Post-meeting surveys to shape future agendas and/or in-meeting pulse surveys to get immediate feedback.

Offer times to give "pie in the sky" ideas or note frustration about "unsolvable problems" -- sometimes it helps to just share the ideas or to see other people feel a way you are feeling too, and sometimes those ideas can lead to other more actionable ideas, but I think sometimes folks might feel discouraged to do so.

Poll Everywhere during Town Hall to get snapshot of feedback, rather than having to speak up. Works well in hybrid situation as well.
