I worked in different companies, international and national. In all administrative areas until becoming financial manager, but I no longer had fun. Every day I used to be the same routine: 
check banks online, check the maturities of the day, see payment commitments 
sign checks, analyze expenses and detect deviations in the budget 
 
But one day I led a system change project, I got involved with system area resources such as developers, implementers and others who participated in the project and ohh surprise for me, I found the motivation and desire to work again. Applying my knowledge, but from another perspective. I decided to quit my job to be able to study project management (PMI) as well as specialize in technology and innovation management (GETEC-UNSAM) for two years.
 
Since 2017, I have been working as a senior project manager in a software factory oriented Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for companies and custom systems. It was the best decision I made not only in my professional life but also personally, since I do what I like and that makes me happy.

The best thing in my life was accepting me like who I am. Before that I never used to be enough happy with my self. This long journey took me fifteen year of searching, didn't give up, psychologist's therapy and meanwhile I struggled with jobs, divorce, my two daughters and ordinary life.

Now, I found my inner voice. I came out of the closet a few years ago, and I could feel that real life worth it. I didn’t care what people thought. So I’ve learned what loves mean, what acceptance could do. But the most important thing was, and will be, forgiveness.

And immediately come to my mind memories of me singing nsync songs and imitating them, it was such a cool memorie so I started to get it seriously and work about it.

It was difficult to choose one when I finished school, at that time I didn’t if choose well but now, I think I made the right decision. 

At this moment I´m doing the advanced subjects and I´m happy with the career but very stressed, I learned many thing and I hope in the future develop myself professionally and work in what I like

I used to go to technical school and I had to define what I was going to study. I knew that it was convenient to finish at that school because I was going to have a technical degree with a quicker job. However, I didn't like the options I had at that school. So, I changed school to study something related to economics.

Now, I am about to finish my degree, taking my last subjects. I am happy to have chosen something that I liked, for my vocation.

From the 2000, I began to feel that I needed a change, but the fear din't let me do it. I started working independently parallel. And after a lot of therapy in 2007 I was able to make the change, I quit.  Now I work for myself, I'm very happy with my decision.
