         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>WHAT WHY: </strong></p><p>Zones of Regulation helps our students with additional needs to be more self-aware and understand the different emotions, in a CONCRETE way. When they have the skills to 'organise' their feelings, it's much easier for them to talk about, think about and REGULATE. </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>HOW:</strong></p><p>Identification process is done through data collection (CMT), identifying mid-level students with additional needs and/or would benefit from this programme. </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>PLAN Forward:</strong></p><p>Plan to infuse ZOR i.e., Common Zones language for Primary 1 classes in 2025. This include ZOR visuals throughout the P1 classes, easy access to Zones' regulation tools for students and teachers.</p>]]></description>
