         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the past, boats did not have engines to rely on and could only use its sail combined with wind to "sail-verb".<br>Some boats today do not have sails because they instead have engines. <br>However,  some boats have both sails and engines.<br><br>So, the question here is if a boat has both an engine and a sail, does it work better than a boat with just a sail, or just an engine?<br>-  Brandon, Daniel, Andrei</div>]]></description>
