In the Present Perfect Tense, the main verb is in past form. Usually Present Perfect Tense, are used to talk about an unfinished time period. But for the Present Perfect Continuous Tenses (PPCT) or also known as Present Perfect Progressive Tenses is shows an activity that started during sometime in the past but hasn't finished yet.

Furthermore, the Present Perfect Tense is used to talk about long-lasting or permanent situations but the Present Perfect Continuous Tense is used to talk more about temporary actions or situations.

Moreover, the constructions of Present Perfect Tense is formed with has/have + past participle. But the constructions of Present Perfect Continuous Tenses is formed with has/have + been + present verb (+ ing).

So basically the difference is,  the Present Perfect Tense is used to describe a period of time that is unfinished but the Present Perfect Continuous Tense talks about an action that has started in the past but hasn't finished yet. The Present Perfect Tense is focus on completion but the Present Perfect Continuous Tense is focus on continuity.

Examples :
I have read the book that I bought yesterday since morning. (PPT)
I have been reading the book that I bought yesterday since morning. (PPCT)

My mother's name is Anissarina. She have been inspired me with her characters. Her spirit and intelligence made me admired her. She was a good housewife and a dedicated lecturer. The routines that she have been doing everyday is she wakes up at 4 o'clock to prepared meals for our family. Then, she get ready to go work. She is a lecturer at one of a private university. She have been teaching in Nursing. Before this, she have been working as a nurse at Pusat Perubatan Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Cheras. After a few years, she have retired from being a nurse and started a new career as a lecturer. I have followed her to the class when I was younger because at that time, nobody can take care of me. So, she brought me to her work place. I have watched she taught her students with passion even though she a little bit firm with her students but she such a caring lecturer actually. I love to watch she taught her students. After finished her work, she rushed to go home because she had to cooked dinner for our family. After that, at night, she have taught and helped me with my homework. After finished all my homework,  we prepared to sleep. Then, her routines was same for the next day.

I have been admired my mother because I never thought that I can do all the work and be like her. She is like a superwoman with a superpower because she looks never get tired with all the works. I know that she tired but she never said it. Because of that, I always have helped her with the cooking. I want to learnt cooking and be a professional like her so, I can cooked a delicious meals for our family. So that, my mother do not have to spend her time to cook and she can rest. I have learnt how to cook Malay cuisine mostly and baking a cake too. Moreover, my mother inspired me to study hard and archive my ambition and life goals. I really want to be like her and make her proud of me.
