         <description><![CDATA[<div>Risk 1 - Malignant cancer at the site of microchip injection. This is a very low level of occurrence.<br><br>Risk 2 - There is a low risk of infection after the procedure. Although veterinary practices are sterile environments, the possibility exists.<br><br>Risk 3 - Another risk is the movement of the microchip whilst embedded within the animal. Most shelters only scan the shoulder/neck area, where the chip may have moved from.</div>]]></description>
