Hi Colleen! It's Julia!  I couldn't get mine to work so I found a way to reboot the scanner using a bunch of barcodes Google and that fixed it... I'll go find the link and post it :)

We scanned everything on the last page in order to reboot, and it worked! :)

So... they recommend you do this once you complete scanning your whole collection.

* I'm guessing that you shelve your ENFs together with your other nonfiction.  We would have to see if that could be a school decision as some folks shelve in a different section.
