Did you know that muscle fatigue is caused by lactic acid, it is made by the sugars inside of the muscle in your arms and legs and it starts to make acids called lactic acid and you start to get tired after a little bit so you will eventually stop doing whatever you are doing and sit down and breath. I am going to tell you my tests with my class and it will be fascinating. There are Bicep muscles and Tricep muscles and Deltoid muscles, too but there is a lot of different muscles to. Did you know that Voluntary muscles are muscles that you can move and Involuntary muscles are muscles that you can not move in your body. I learned while doing fatigue expirements was that your stronger than you think you are and I also learned that there is a type of acid in your body called lactic acid that made you tired. One example of the Skeletal muscle is your Biceps. One example of your Cardiac muscles is the heart. One example of a smooth muscles is a Visceral. One function of the Muscular system is lactic acid, another function of the Muscular system is Fatigue, and another function of the Muscular system is Strength.
