One crime a school shooter, Charles “Andy” Williams and another crime where Lionel Tate was wrestling Tiffany Eunick and killed her. Tate is being tried under Florida Law and Williams is being tried as an adult under California’s Proposition 21. Both boys were charged with first degree murder and were faced with a life sentence in prison.

When those responsibilities are not completed, it may lead to child delinquency. There are two categories in developing families. Family structure is who actually lives inside the house and family functioning is how families interact with one another. If there is no family functioning, it may lead to child delinquency.
