All these beliefs are derived from the Torah and explored in further detail within the Talmud and act as the core element of the Jewish religious tradition, demonstrating why these sacred texts and writings are of significance.
For example, the belief in a single God who is the creator and ruler of the universe refers to God's oneness and indivisibility, which is emphasised in the Genesis story.

Due to how Talmud compares contrasting judgements of Rabbis therefore further develops diversified interpretations across the different Jewish variants.
