Good Classroom management – Teachers should be able keep control of their class throughout the whole lesson. It is essential for the teacher to be fun and fair in the classroom however, there has to be a level of firmness to show the children who is in charge of the lesson.

Inspires – Children should walk out of each lesson feeling as though they have gained more knowledge and also feel inspired by their teacher. Whether that be looking up to their teacher as a good role model or inspired by the sport that was taught to them. 

Encouragement & Criticize – As a teacher it is important to both encourage and criticise students. Children gain self-confidence from positive feedback however if there are improvements that need to be made then teachers should always provide criticism to help students to improve on what they are trying to achieve
