Sexual reproduction produces genetically unique offspring with elements from both parents. Asexual reproduction only requires one parent and limits diversity. Sexual reproduction requires two parents to contribute and results in more genetic variation. Asexual reproduction occurs through fission, budding or regeneration. Sexual reproduction occurs through meiosis.</div>]]></description>
