Listen to what your parents say as their advice can go a long way and can really help you in the near future. Always be kind to others and do not put them down. Bullying people can cause them to be depressed and slowly "killing" their self-esteem. Promises are meant to keep and spreading a secret you promised to keep can hurt others. This is mainly because they put a lot of their trust in you and in return you can destroy it and ruin friendships. As an ICAN, always remember to be honest by returning their belongings and not take things that you know does not belong to you. Spreading false rumors about people can lower their self-confidence and personality, so always remember to keep secrets to ourselves to avoid causing any trouble. Judging other people can bring their self-esteem down, that is why we should not judge them and learn to accept for who they are. You should look at the bright side and appreciate what you have because envying others will only lead to self criticism and you will never be content.
