Some days were very tiring like for example one day I went to Hersey park it was wonderful I bought a lot of chocolates, it was depressing when I realized that I ate a lot and I had to do double the exercise. One of the challenges for me was when I had to go for a walk with my sister's dog for her usual walk and the weather was very cold, one thing surprising me is that many people do not walk in winter due to cold and prefer to exercise in house. What encouraging me was that the exercised I do all days taking the dos out and I take advantage of listened to music in English and practiced a lot the pronunciation.
