(1) Teacher could teach students some skills to manage negative comments and reiteration of class rules regularly to build a conducive environment for learning. 
(2)Tap on technologies eg padlet to encourage students' participation during online lessons.
(3) To provide students with opportunities to learn and work together eg mixing the group members so that they could work with other students in the class. Teacher could also remind students of how to work together in groups and affirming positive actions. 
(4) For Siva, teacher could work with parents and sch counselor to find out more about his case. 

(5) To give students more attention and support, the 2 form teachers could divide the class into 2 groups and manage 1 group each. [Divide & conquer]
