         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Should have some ice breakers for them to get to know each other at the start of the year.&nbsp;<br>- Special attention should be made for Peter and Celeste (TSL) to help them better interact with their classmates.&nbsp;<br>- Need to improve social interaction to create a better peer support structure in the class.&nbsp;<br>- Need to engage parents to address their concerns, especially regarding academic areas.&nbsp;<br>- Need to discuss with other teachers to carefully manage the needs and expectations of Celeste's parent. </div>]]></description>

Is there communication with Siva's parents? &nbsp;<br><br>ii Creating a caring &amp; enabling learning environment&nbsp;<br>(1) Teacher could teach students some skills to manage negative comments and reiteration of class rules regularly to build a conducive environment for learning.&nbsp;<br>(2)Tap on technologies eg padlet to encourage students' participation during online lessons.<br>(3) To provide students with opportunities to learn and work together eg mixing the group members so that they could work with other students in the class. Teacher could also remind students of how to work together in groups and affirming positive actions.&nbsp;<br>(4) For Siva, teacher could work with parents and sch counselor to find out more about his case.&nbsp;<br><br>(5) To give students more attention and support, the 2 form teachers could divide the class into 2 groups and manage 1 group each. [Divide &amp; conquer]&nbsp;<br>(6) Create a subject teachers whatsapp group so that teachers could communicate with each other. </div>]]></description>
