I - We will need somebody to create the website in the first place as this is the main aspect of our business. 
We will need to also connect out website to PayPal in order to offer a safe way to exchange money between the buyer and whoever is offering the service 
P - Somebody has a laptop that they want to fix. However they don't have enough to go get it fixed at the Apple store. Somebody who is an IT specialist who promotes their service on MatesRates has a much cheaper price on offer than what Apple offers. They transfer the money online for 100% security and also so we can take commission on it and the process is complete. The buyer can leave a review on the IT specialists page only after they have paid.
O - Again, as we are not producing an actual good but rather offering a service, we have no tangible goods to offer. However, every task/job that is completed with help of our service is classed as our output as we have helped to make these possible.
C - We have a wide potential of customers as we are taking advantage of the fact that there are uni students that need money and there are also tasks that uni students need doing but they don't
