They got lots of attention and everyone wants them to to talk about safety skills with Gloria. Officer Buckle feels used and wants to quit until he figures out it does not work without him. He spends his time giving safety tips with his best pal. This teaches students teamwork and shows them its works best with teamwork.

The chain reaction goes until it reaches a mother owl, who refuses to hoot to wake the sun up.
