         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Demographics:<br></strong>People younger than 5, 20-40 year old's, and 65 years or and older. The virus also spread among members of the military due to the crowded living spaces. <br><br><strong>Transmission and Spread Rate: <br></strong>The Spanish Flu was a highly contagious disease. When a person that has the Spanish flu coughs, sneezes or talks, little droplets are spread through the air and people nearby inhale them and become infected and carry it to others.<br><br><strong>Estimated Fatalities:<br></strong>There is many estimates of the fatalities of the Spanish Flu, but it ranges from 30 million to 100 million deaths.<br><br><strong>Impacts on History:<br></strong>The Spanish flu changed and accelerated the medical world's knowledge at the time, it let them have more knowledge about things like viruses and flu.</div>]]></description>
