         <description><![CDATA[<p>The 7 habits has been a game-changer for me.  When I learnt about the 7 habits in 5th Grade, I thought it was a waste of time, and i usually just read my book during LIM period. I had less friends and I foucsed  more on my few friends than my studies. In term 1, i wasnt doing great and by term 2 none of my notebooks were complete. I was dissapointed in myself. During the bridge course, i promised myself that i would pay more attention to my studies and classes, even in classes like ST and LIM. Soon, I became better,I got more friends more complete notes. I have gotten better marks I will improve further. The 7 Habits are great and Habit-1 Be proactive, has helped me surpass my goals.</p><p>~ Mishika Saxena 6G</p>]]></description>

Here’s how each habit has made a difference for me:</p><ol><li><p><strong>Be Proactive</strong> – This habit taught me that I’m in control of my actions. Instead of blaming others when something goes wrong, I take responsibility and figure out what I can do to fix it. In swimming, if I don’t do well in a race, I don’t make excuses. I think about what I can improve for next time. It helps me feel more confident.</p></li><li><p><strong>Begin with the End in Mind</strong> – This habit helped me start setting goals. Now I think about what I want to accomplish, like becoming a professional swimmer or doing well in school, and then make a plan to get there. It’s helped me stay focused on my future and work harder in training.</p></li><li><p><strong>Put First Things First</strong> – This habit helped me learn how to prioritize. I now make sure to do the important stuff first, like finishing homework or practicing swimming, before doing fun stuff. It’s made me less stressed and more organized, and I can balance school and swimming better.</p></li><li><p><strong>Think Win-Win</strong> – This habit showed me that it’s better when everyone can win. When I swim in a team relay or work with friends, I try to find solutions that make everyone happy, so we can all feel good about the outcome. We work together as a team, and it’s great when we all succeed.</p></li><li><p><strong>Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood</strong> – This habit helped me become a better listener. Before, I’d sometimes talk over people, but now I listen to what others are saying first, whether it’s my coach giving me advice or a teammate sharing tips. It’s helped me improve in swimming and in school.</p></li><li><p><strong>Synergize</strong> – This habit taught me that working with others can be awesome. When we all share our ideas and talents, we can make something way better than we could alone. In swimming, if we train together, we can push each other to get faster. It’s really fun working in teams now.</p></li><li><p><strong>Sharpen the Saw</strong> – This habit reminds me to take care of myself. I make sure I get enough sleep, eat healthy, and take breaks so I have the energy to swim and do well in school. When I take care of myself, I feel better and perform better in the pool.</p></li></ol><p>These 7 Habits have made me more responsible, better at working with others, and more focused on my goals.
