         <description><![CDATA[<div>My initial reaction to severe stress is usually panic. This can some times involve lack of appetite in severe cases.<br><br>When I'm stressed I am quick to shutting down emotionally and becoming quiet. If I don't want to talk and have a sever case of RBF then there is something weighing on my mind.<br><br>Lastly, my body becomes so warn down by this that it pushes me to tears. I'll try to keep my emotions as shut off as possible but at the littlest thing I can be set off into an explosion of tears. Not a pretty sight.</div>]]></description>
