A happy camper- someone who enjoys their work and has no grievances 
Toxic employee- Employees motivated by personal gain (power, money, fame or special status). They use unethical, mean-spirited and sometimes illegal means to manipulate and annoy those around them. Also used for employees who complain or have a bad attitude.
A whizz kid- A young person that is very skilled and successful
Rat race – People who compete for success in business                           
Out of the loop- if employee is excluded from decision-making or information
Graveyard shift- A work shift that runs through the early morning hours, typically covering the period between midnight and 8 a.m.
Cushy job- A job involving little effort for ample rewards; easy and profitable

So once you've created an account and you're in, choose to create a new video.  

It will ask you to make a title you can simply put "Presentation."

Then it will show you some templates.  You choose "Teach a Lesson"

Concept
Example
Explanation
You Try It
Summary

If you click on one of the slides it will tell you want you should include.

So your task is to make a short presentation to teach something.  You can record or practice recording what you will say by holding down the red microphone button.  Let me know if you have any questions!
