  • Google Drive - This is going to become more streamline- teachers are expected to use this, e.g. with the Chronicle articles, upload straight to the drive in correct folders, no emailing anymore. Whatever is expected to be submitted, prep etc. SG will go through this in the phase meeting. 

    Especially LSEN under Learner Support 2025, fill in NB. If done well, this could then replace the tracking forms. 


    1. Timetables - Clubs end at 13h45; Amrian and Prudence will come and see each teacher to sort out lesson times.

    Our year plan is now a working document, please feel free to make suggestions and notes as we go. Weekly prep will follow the year plan, but with detail and may differ if we find we need to slow the pace or change things - especially Maths and phonics, what does not get covered we pass on to Grade 4

  • LSEN: NB!! let's be on this as it can eliminate a ton of admin if done well. This is a weak(er) group and we will have to be on top of parent communication, referrals, etc.

  • Classrooms: Please be on top of your classroom- neat, organised and presentable- this was a concern and this is why we got money for our classrooms. Avoid messy heaps of papers, have a usable reading corner and space for down time, posters of NB concepts, etc. This is an area of focus across management.
