 Romeo opens the tomb and finds Juliet's body. He sits next to his beloved and drinks the Apothecary’s poison and dies. Juliet awakens, finding Romeo's dead body beside her. When she sees the poison, she realizes what happened. Lady Montague dies from a broken heart as a result of Romeo's banishment.
