We bounce ideas off of one another and a great idea usually is the result! Pinterest is always helpful and a new website I have found this year is  elementarylibrarian.com.  With all that being said I have to say the most inspiring things I have seen this year have been right here in our building.  Such fabulous ideas!    </div>]]></description>

We then take those ideas and talk about how to make them better.  I enjoy looking at the RCA app.  We use a very valuable resource that Michelle shared with us last year that helps us with great ideas as well.
