         <description><![CDATA[<div>27% of young people report they are cyber bullied every two weeks or even often. 1 in 5 Australian children aged 8 to 17 has been the target of cyber bullying in the past few years. If you are ever affected some tips are stay calm and positive, report the offender or to your local police, don't send or post back to the person, use parental controls or have inbuilt security, seek a adult for trust , opinion and knowledge. There's also a high risk being bullied again online. Many family's need both parents to work hard, broken homes, conflicts in the family which can also lead to cyber bullying. A method to make the child better about themselves and their living conditions. Social media also made it easier to make others participate in cyber bullying. Also it can lead to violent video games, movies with violence, etc all lead to cyber bullying and point to it. Cyber bullying can impact on your mental health causing harm to others and yourself, injuries. </div>]]></description>

Some are block the person cyber bullying you, talk to someone you trust parent, uncle/aunt, sibling, teacher or friend. Don't respond to the bully, change your privacy settings, take a photo of it and show some you can trust. Also be smart about what you say and post on media, catch up with friends, listen to music, do something you enjoy, watch a good movie with family and friends and chat online to people you can trust.</div>]]></description>

The communication minister Paul Fletcher said "the introduction of the bill was part of an election promise". All technology companies can face up to $17,000 fined per day if the material is targeting a child and is not removed from the sitw. Individuals can face legal action under existing criminal laws.</div>]]></description>

Some haters who follow famous people eg Instagram, twitter, Facebook, etc say mean or very nasty things about them if they have a serious condition. Selena a celebrity star, one of her followers posted on her Instagram account saying "burn in hell with cancer" she called her out on her hateful words to the world. She then stood up for herself and had courage to ignore it and go back to what she does. </div>]]></description>
