         <description><![CDATA[<div>We definitely agree with that particular scenario. In an active shooter scenario, if you're outside we would have you stay outside because that is the safe space. In regards with the presentation, a reverse evacuation (Going outside to inside) would take place if there is some form of danger that is happening outside of the school AND coming inside would be the most safe environment.</div>]]></description>
