Hello everyone, today I will introduce my lovely friend. Her name is Bao Ngoc. She studied with me for three years in high school. We have had a lot of good memories together and she is a very precious person to me. She has a small figure but is very active, enthusiastic, and eats well. Her appetite is completely different from out physique and when we first went to eat, I was really surprised by that. I can only remember on the first day, I wore a very pretty pink dress. During the party, my sister-in-law sang to celebrate the great day of her life. This is also known as the " healthy and fit association " , held every March every year , to improve health , train students and compete between schools . Held at the largest stadium in the province with more than 20 high schools , more than 500 athletes in all disciplines and lasted about 9 days . There will be a lot of content : running , ping pong , soccer , martial arts .... Fortunately , I am also one of the athletes that are represented by the school . The Mid-Autumn celebration is an opportunity for members of the family to visit together and share together everything in their year. Because autumn is the time of the beginning of the new school year, so the adults and parents often give gifts to the children. Children use the beautiful lanterns, wear funny masks, perform fantastic lion dances, sing folklore songs in the house’s grounds or in the streets when the moon is rising. It is really an exciting show. Nga is my close friend. She 18 recently 2 months ago and her parents held a birthday party for her. I was one of those invited. The party began at about three in the afternoon. There were about ten guests gathered in her house. We were all dressed in our best clothes. Everyone, especially Nga was very happy. We gave our presents to her and she happily opened them. It must really be exciting to receive all those presents. After that her mother served us soft drinks and delicious titbits. We then played some games like "Musical Chairs" and "Treasure Hunt". The winners were given prizes. At about four-thirty her father brought out the birthday cake. It was beautifully decorated with pink and white ice cream. 18 candles sat in the middle of the cake. We all sang "Happy Birthday" to Nga after which she blew out the candles and cut the cake. Everyone clapped out hands eagerly. We helped ourselves to slices of the delicious cake. Then we continued our games.

Finally at about six in the evening the party came to an end. We were all tired but happy. I helped Nga and her parent clean up the mess we made. After that I walked home with a very good feeling .That's all for now. Hope to see you soon. It not only is a birthday party, but also is a party of happy smiles, warmth, and hope. I always love to go out with my family, and going to Dam Sen theme park was one of my favorite event. We went there in the early in the morning to get the ticket because it was weekend. Once we got inside the park, we started to follow the map to visit everywhere. First, we bought some snacks and drinks to eat on the way, then we sat down near the lake to have a small picnic. Next, we joined in the playground section to play many different interesting games. My sister, my father and I decided to went inside the haunted house while my mother stood outside. I screamed as loud as I could, and I ended up having a sore throat. Later we got on the roller coaster, the racing cars and rode the fake bulls. Most of the time my mother just stood outside and kept our belongings, but sometimes she also joined some easy games as well. We left the park in the evening, and it was such a great day to create memories with my family.

Hello everyone,today I will introduce an event that I really like.It's a trip to Vung Tau with my class.I have to get up early to prepare stuff for the trip but in the end it was very fun when we arrive at the beach.The first thing we do is jump right into the water because the weather is so hot,we play a lot of game in the water.After that we have lunch and split into groups go to different area to try other food or by some souvenir and some groups walk arough the beach to chat.In the afternoon we clean what we made and prepare to go home.This is a memory I will never forget

I always love to go out with my family, and going to Dam Sen theme park was one of my favorite event. Once we got inside the park, we started to follow the map to visit everywhere. First, we bought some snacks and drinks to eat on the way, then we sat down near the lake to have a small picnic. Next, we joined in the playground section to play many different interesting games. My sister, my father and I decided to went inside the haunted house . I screamed as loud as I could, and I ended up having a sore throat. Later we got on the roller coaster, the racing cars and rode the fake bulls. Most of the time my mother just stood outside and kept our belongings, but sometimes she also joined some easy games as well. Birthday is an occasion of reunion and happiness. This is an occordant opportunity to represent love affair to the one we love.My younger sister's birthday came off on last Saturday, this is her the first birthday. My mom invited relatives. My whole family were all busy making preparations for the feast. The party took place outside for all the guests to enjoy fresh air in the evening. At exact seven, all people present gathered around the table to sing the chorus"Happy birthday to you" and clap hands. There was a great chocolate birthday cake tastefully decorated with colorful candies and cream. All the guests were served with various candies, biscuits, fruits, cakes, beverages,... her party was full of rejoicement and pleasure with laughters all the time. After finishing the party, the guests said goodbye to us and returned home. Our family began to clean up and soon got to sleep. It was a hardship day but full of cheerfulness and meaning.

It’s held at Ho Xuan Huong sporting event hall (this year) at 6:30pm on 29th October (for the Ho Chi Minh city campus) to celebrate my school’s birthday. I usually go to the event with my classmates. During the event, I and my friends are really enjoy every single moment. I do lots of things like singing, dancing and making friends with other people.
We don’t have to wear formal clothes, we just make it comfortable and polite. The color of the clothes I like is white because it’s easy to wear and it’s also so nice.
I like the event because it’s time when I and my classmates/schoolmates can celebrate our school’s birthday and we can be reminded of the effort of our teachers to give us the best environment to study.

Hello everyone, today I would like to talk about my daily activities. I usually get up at 9am if I will not go to school in the morning. I don’t have the habit of eating breakfast I know it’s bad habit but I don’t still eat.After wake up I checked email, timetable and learn vocabulary. I eat lunch at 11pm, after eating I rest for a while and change clothes to go to school. I usually have lessons at 1pm and go home at 3pm. My family very rarely eat breakfast, my father and my brother go to work so my sisters wait for mom finish working, then mom and my sisters have lunch together at 12 pm, after that I have free time to talk to mom and sis. Hi everyone, today I will talk about my eating habits. I am quite picky eater so my eating menu is also very simple. I usually wake up late so I rarely eat breakfast. I only eat when I have class in the morning and my choice is usually Pho. Since I live with my family, I will have lunch and dinner at home. My family is from the North, so the dishes in the meal are always Vietnamese dishes. I really love these dishes. Thirty minutes after the meal, I’ll have a fruit or yogurt dessert. As a pure Vietnamese, my eating habits and my family as well as many other families in Vietnam, I really like to eat rice in the morning and then go to school but sometimes when I get up late I usually only drink one box. milk . When I go out I also limit eating junk food and always drink lots of water, my lunch is also rice, because it is like a most effective food for a hard working session. tired . I really like to eat stewed dishes and dips, because it's easy to eat, so I don't need to be too fussy. Most of them are eggs or a slice of fried fish, but after lunch I usually have something to eat. such as a fruit or a drink .Luckily, I am not allergic to any foods, nor too easy to gain weight to abstain from many carbohydrates .My dinner is usually more quality and is usually made by my own hands and eaten by myself because I get home quite late due to a martial arts session ending at 8pm.Usually it will be dishes like beef or lots of vegetables and will definitely be a nutritious protein meal, followed by a glass of milk and some fruit. Hello everyone. Today, i will talk about my eating habits. I usually wake up late so I usually don't eat breakfast.I eat breakfast and lunch together. This knows will be unscientific and harmful to health. so I will try to fix it.After have lunch i go to school at 12:30.My school ends at 2 o’clock. Then I eat dinner. Usually I have for dinner salad, pancakes or sandwiches. For supper I usually eat meat or fish with pasta or potatoes. Sometimes we have stew. For desert I like to eat ice-cream or strawberries. At Shrove Tuesday we eat pea soup and shrove buns. At Christmas we usually eat sauerkraut soup and black pudding. On New Year’s Eve we eat fondue.
My favourite fruit is apple. My favourite vegetable is carrot. My favourite drink is Coca. My favourite juice is orange juice and my favourite soup is macaroni soup. My favourite desert is ice-cream. I like to eat slices of bacon and I like to drink still water. I hat garlic.
I think I eat quite healthy food.

Hello teacher! Today I will talk about my daily activities. Every day, I usually get up at 9 am if I don’t have a morning class. After waking up, I brush my teeth and take care of my face. Then, I surf the web or do my homework if available. At noon, I have lunch with my friends. After that, I take a shower and I go to school at 12:50 pm. Lessons begin at 1:00 pm and finish at 3:00 pm. After school, I comeback home. In my free time, I often read book or listen to mucsic. I really like listening to mucsic because it make me feel love life and relieve stress. Have breakfast at 6:30 and spend 15 minutes watching gmail. 7am out of the house, I work as a part-time cashier for a restaurant. I got home from work at 1:00, I rest until 3 o'clock then go to school and study, 5:30 after school. Arriving home at 6 pm, I showered and rested for 1 hour. I have a very minimalistic eating routine.Waking up in the morning I usually eat some oats, milk or sandwich and coffee. After filling my stomach, I started doing housework and didn't forget to cook lunch, my lunch is quite rushed, sometimes i don't eat lunch. lunch i usually have rice, a dish and dessert fruit, i really like to eat cold fruit at noon, it feels so cool. after work I go home and prepare a more hearty dinner than lunch, I usually cook a lot in the evening, eat a lot at dinner, especially fruit, I just eat a lot of fruit and don't eat a lot of vegetables because until now I don't know how to eat a lot of vegetables.My bad eating habits are drinking a lot of coffee, I can drink 2 to 4 cups of coffee a day, I even use a little soju at meals For me, eating is not only healthy, but also a great stress reliever, I hope I will adjust my healthy eating habits to be healthier.thanks for reading!!!

Everyone has their own eating habits ... and me too !! I am a lazy eater but also very easy to eat. I often skip my breakfast to sleep and do other things. But sometimes I adhere to my 3 meals fully. For breakfast, I only eat snacks, fast and convenient for the convenience of going to school and work. After school or work, I will go home and go to the market to buy things to prepare lunch. My daily life is set within a routine and I try to follow that very strictly. It is my habit to get up from bed early in the morning. After easing and cleaning myself I take my ablution and say my Fazar prayer. Then I go out for a walk in the open air for about half an hour . Having returned, I sat for studying. Then I take my breakfast and do my home task. I bathe and take my meal around ten and get ready to attend school. I come back from school around four o’clock. I change my dresses , wash myself and eat whatever mother gives me to eat. Then I go to the play-ground and play with my friends. Coming back I say my evening prayer. Then I sat down to read. At 9.00 pm I take my supper and watch TV. I go to bed around ten o’clock. Besides this I read the daily newspapers .There are minor changes in my routine on holidays. On holidays I go to different places to remove my monotony .This is in brief the description of my typical day.
