Who declares why the mother is more fit for the child instead of the dad? That was never very clear to me.
Opposing Viewpoints: AZ is a mother state which isn't always right.
A child needs love, care and support. They don't come with a manual on how to care for them or who should.
Reasons: This can be either the mom or the dad.
-Drug Addict
-Leaving kids unattended at home.
-Missing doctor's appointments
-Late for school consecutive.
Not all mother's are capable of raising a child, and NO I am NOT bashing motherhood. EQUAL PARENTAL RIGHTS!
Emotion: Court, DES and arguments start arising in front of children to two parents either fighting for them or fighting for interest. Children aren't made to pay your bills if you keep them with you. They are mean't to go to school on time, attend doctor appointments when scheduled and shouldn't be left alone.
Fallacies: "A child needs a mom", that statement isn't always true. A child needs someone to care for them not use them for extra income.
