I am 28 years old and I'm from St. Louis, MO. I have two growing boys 4 and 1. I moved to Jefferson City, MO to pursue a teaching degree at Lincoln University of MO. I graduated in 2013 and I've been working as a paraprofessional at one of the middle schools for two years now. I initially wanted to get my teaching degree to be able to homeschool my children and give them the best opportunity for success but through the process I have learned that there are a lot more students that I could also be helping to succeed. I love watching students grown and learn. It is an amazing think to see the glow that students get when they learn new information and realize that they have grasped onto it.
