It also tell stories of many different characters in the later books and video games. For example Olympia Vale, which appears in the book and later the video game Halo 5: Guardians. SOLITUDE has this power because the extinct race of caretakers for the galaxy, the Forerunners made him the custodian of the life destroying structure called The Ark. The AI abuses this power because he longs to wipe  the human race because we were destroying their artifacts to stop the alien infection called The Flood, which is talked about often in my brother, Logan's book, " Halo: The Flood". But, Vale was put up against an almost Invincible opponent, she couldn't even run away because the he was faster and she was trapped in the room with all exits blocked. This is a very tense part of the book you can't stop reading because you want to know what happens so badly. I think that this didn't make any sense during that part of the story because the wolves attacked everyone else except her. Also, it led a group of main characters to hyperthermia and almost killed them all. While this didn't make much sense during this part of the story, Solitude says why. He implanted a gene into all of the species so they could be controlled by him, almost using them like soldiers.
