1) Each applicant is only entitled to be the beneficiary of 1 (one) award or sponsorship offered by UMTMC only. Applicants are strongly encouraged to apply 1 (one) award or sponsorship offered by UMTMC only.

2) There is no restrictions on applying awards offered by District 51.

3) All Awards and Sponsorship offered by District 51 and UMTMC must be applied through the application form provided. UMTMC has the right to reject any applications which are

- Incomplete within the Campaign Period stipulated in each awards (including supporting documents);

- Inaccurate or misleading; or

- Not done through the application form.

4) Only members in good standing (have their membership paid) throughout the campaign period are eligible to apply for all sponsorships and awards. The only exception is UMTMC B40 Kickstarter Sponsorship which requires applicant(s) to be individuals who sign up as a new member using the sponsorship only.
