My social status is a big role in the hobbies I have ‘cause I like VR and even got VR Glasses early this year, by now everybody knows it’s really expensive.

Spirituality is a big thing in my family. My father is catholic and my mother is spiritist, but, ironically, I am atheist. I don’t think this plays a big role in my personality, on the other hand, being a young man interferes directly with my point of view and the way I face difficulties. Same with my age. I’m 15, so I am regarded by many people as a young adult. Strangely, many people think I’m older. However, being young falls in the same place as being a boy in many scenarios, so people treat me differently compared to adults.

I'm a Brazilian student, and I was born and raised here, in Rio de Janeiro, even though my maternal great grandparents were from Italy, and came here to find a better place to live ( surprisingly ). As for my paternal great grandparents, they are very very "mixed up" in terms of ancestry: native Brazilians, Africans and even Europeans. As you can see, I have a very "mixed up" ancestry, but, must I say that people never treated me differently because of that, since most of Brazil is very mixed up too. Besides that, I think that I make my ethnicity play a part in my identity, since I’m very proud of it.

I am part of the middle class when it comes to money and socio-economic status, and, well, since a good majority of Brazil is on the lower or the lower middle class status, I’m treated better when it comes to classy stuff, but when it comes to relatability, I am kind of left behind, since most of the country can’t relate to a “condominium lady”, and... oh well...what can I do about it?

My religion also does cover a part of my identity, as I am very faithful to it, but , my religion does not define me, since it's a very liberal part of Christianity.

As for my gender, oh well, that’s something to talk about. I’m a young woman and I identify myself as one, and, because of that, many people belittle me. I grew up accustomed to that. This fact has always made me so angry. I thought that it was normal for women to be treated like that, but, when I was around 6, it started irritating me, and my personality became stronger and more confident. So, I can’t deny it. My gender affected my personality. Well, there’s some good bits about being a woman, like some people giving you extra courtesy (some people like it, but I don’t ).

Since I’m a teenager, most people don’t believe in my opinions. They think it’s just teenager trash, but HEY! I have some great ideas and opinions too! And also, just because my hormones are at it’s full capacity, it doesn’t mean that all my feelings are rubbish. I must say, it’s easier being a teenager in today’s world, and I am very thankful for that, since I have no idea on how last century’s or even last decade’s teenagers dealt with their problems.

Anyway, this is me! The only one in the world! There’s only one me. It doesn’t matter how many people are similar to me, I am myself, and nobody else can take that from me. ( Not like they would want to... lol ).

I was born in Cabo Frio, a quiet and beautiful city, but now I'm living in Rio de Janeiro, where life is more bustling and energetic. My family has always supported me, which allows me to do what I love most: practice and compete. I'm lucky to have them to cover my classes and competitions.

My heritage is quite mixed. My father is of English and Portuguese ancestry, while my mother has Lebanese and Italian origins. It's an interesting combination that reflects Brazil's diversity, my beloved country. I love Brazil from the bottom of my heart. I'm a true nationalist and feel immense pride of being Brazilian. The natural beauty, vibrant culture, and, of course, the passion for sports are some of the reasons why I feel so connected to this land.

Balancing studies with training is challenging, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. Every day is an opportunity to grow, both intellectually and physically. And when I'm on the mat or in the octagon, I feel a mix of emotions - from the adrenaline of competition to the calmness of concentration. Fighting gives me strength and purpose. It's more than just a physical activity for me; it's an essential part of my life. And wherever I go, I always carry with me the love for my country and my roots, as a constant reminder of who I am and where I come from.

I am a white straight young man, with white ancestors, that don’t play a big role in my identity because my ancestors didn’t make me and my ideals. The way I was raised made who I am.

My social status doesn’t really influence me, because growing up in a house of high-economic social class, my parents taught me and my brothers about saving money, investing and buying things that are necessary Only , sometimes, we spend money for fun.

I don’t have a religion, but I strongly believe in God, and it plays a big role in my identity, because it makes me think and see things differently.

I don’t really think that my gender gives me benefits, because I don’t really see any rights that I have that women are excluded from. But in a world full of misogyny , I may say I have benefits that women don't have, but personally I did not witness any type of misogyny in my life.

My age plays a big role in the world's challenges today, because a teenager can’t show credibility like a grown adult.

My family is spread throughout Brazil and World. My grandma from my dad's side is from South Africa and my dad too, his dad is from Portugal and my grandma from my mom’s side is from Bahia, his dad's from São Paulo.

I don’t have a religion or a spirituality, so I think this is not relevant in my identity.

I think my social status has a big influence on me because some things that I like are because some friends influenced me, and on the other side too.

I’m a young man, so I think that this gives me some benefits caused by society, but, my skin color also makes a to benefit for me.

My ancestors and relatives play an important role in my life. I visit them once every two years and it is great to get in touch with my own history.

Religion has a big relevance in my identity. I go to church. It is not really a church, but a place to get in touch with my spirituality.I go there once a week with all my family.

My social status gives me some help and I have places that I can go because of the privelege I have. I live in a good neighborhood and here we don't have so many problems.

I don’t think that my gender influences my life, I have other things that are more important.

I’m 15 years old and I can face some challenges in my age, but I have so many things to get to know, while I’m growing.

My social status affects my life very much, not regarding my personality, but regarding my hobbies and daily activities, like, playing video-games, playing football and studying.

Spirituality is one of the most important things in my life and in my family. All my family are catholic, except for my grandma, who is spiritualist, but we create a connection between us that is the best thing that religion brought to me.

Being a young man changes the way I see the problems and which problems I go through. Now I am 15 years old, and it is a difficult period, because people treat me differently depending on the place I am, or the decisions I make. If I make a big mistake, they can treat me like an adult, saying that I need to have more responsibility, because I'm already old, or they can say something is normal in my age, that I make mistakes like this.

Having relatives in the countryside of Minas Gerais allows me to spend some time in peace, without all of this deafening sound of the metropolis. In Minas, I am also able to get more in contact with my ancestors, and learn a lot of things about their own traditions.

I still have plenty of things to learn and experiences to live, but I guess, as a 15 years old girl, I’m doing pretty fine. I can handle my school duties and also hang out with my friends. That's all I must be worried about(at least it should be).

In my free time I like playing guitar and listening to music; I also love exercising, specifically hitting the gym and practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

I am grateful to have been born into a family that is able to afford those extracurricular activities and other kinds of privileges. I know I am also very privileged to be a white person in a country that is so racist.

I am also a Botafogo supporter and really enjoy watching and cheering for my soccer team.

My father came from a wealthy life situation, on the contrary, my mother came from a more humble background. Happily, my family has always had a really good economic situation since I was born.

My gender, my sexuality and my skin color problably give me a lot of advantages that I cannot even measure. In such a difficult country, I didn’t have to deal with so many horrible things that the biggest part of Brazillians have to.

The way I conduct my life, does not give me the space to do anything in my free time. I use as much of the time I have now, to do things I like, because I don’t know if, maybe, I’m gonna be as lucky again in the future to do all that again. If we only live once, I’m gonna live great life as I can, until I’ll be stopped by someone, or time.

My social status helps a lot (middle-class). I never witnessed a case of racism with me and with others, so I don’t think racism is a big thing in my life for now, but I know it exists in the daily lives of many people.

We belong to a predominantly white, middle to upper-class family, that fortunately have never encountered financial hardships. This influences who I am, since I have no experience of prejudice based on race or social class. I have many privileges that make me who I am.

Religion holds little sway in our household, we embrace diversity of belief. Personally, I do not adhere to any particular faith,just like my sister. Even though my parents have their religions, they don't force me to be like them. Religion plays a minor role in my life. Being a woman in society we live in presents challenges, as women are constantly placed as inferior or less important. However, as a white young woman from a privileged background, I am somewhat insulated from its most severe impacts.

I'm a teenager, I have good grades and I'm responsible. I'm 15 years old, I see the world differently than adults, in a more innocent way, making everything seem to be bigger than it really is. Some situations will be harder for me, since at my age, we are still discovering life and experiences.

I think my ethnicity doesn't influence my identity because I grew up learning that we are all equal and have equal rights regardless of our color.

I am situated within a complex network of social relationships, where my social status can determine my access to resources, my position in society, and even my own perceptions of self-esteem and worth. I think that age helps a lot over time with the challenges of the world, but one thing that influences a lot is maturity. I think that a person can often be of significant age and have the maturity of a 10 year old child. I consider myself very mature in certain aspects, but, obviously, I still have a lot to learn as I am still very young

Religion is something very important for anyone who has any connection or believes in it, and my family is very connected to religion. We are Catholic and we have our beliefs. Being a young man brings me several benefits, women also have benefits, but they are different. Being a man makes me see things differently and treat things in a different way, besides for being a man I don't suffer from types of prejudice, such as sexism.

Social Status is also a big thing in everyone’s lives, considering it molds who we deal with and the experiences we are or are not able to have. Considering I come from a family of middle to high class, we sure do have good social status and my family is known by some, especially in the engineering field because of my mother’s side of the family and medicine because of my father’s side. And, obviously, by coming from a family that is not emergent, we have always had good conditions and connections. My father has always known someone for everything, like a cop, a doctor, a construction firm owner or even a breadmaker...he always knows someone.

Religion and Spirituality for most people is with no doubt a huge thing in life, as for me, it shapes my ideals, and guides me. I've lived life the way that the Lord intended it to be and always made sure to pray, thanking for things, asking for guidance and asking for help… I am a member of the Presbyterian church and most of my family is Catholic, but I don’t go too often.

I think that my gender is a big part of my life, considering gender roles exist. I don’t think that in today’s time any gender would have some sort of benefit, since life is difficult or easy in different ways for everyone. Men are asked to be more successful in their lives than women, but women are asked more to fulfill a society’s beauty standards. Men normally are taught to act tough and stop showing emotions, but women, on the other hand, are, a lot of times, not taken seriously when it comes to logical decision making.

Your age would normally be a thing that shapes you a lot, especially the time that you have been born in. If I were to be born 3 years later, maybe my personality would be completely different and the experiences in life would shape me into a whole different person, with different opinions and different tastes. If I were to be born in my grandfather’s time, I probably would be considered to be counterculture ( if I had the same tastes I have today ) and would have different opinions from most people, since most opinion makers that went through my life wouldn’t have been even born.

I have Portuguese and Lebanese ancestry. My grandfather and my grandmother were born in Portugal. My great-grandfather was born in Lebanon. My surname, Reis, is Portuguese and Zakhour is Lebanese.

About my religion, I still don't know what my right religion would be, because part of my family is spiritist and another is Catholic, so I'm still confused about it.

My hobby is football. I usually play in the goal as a goalkeeper, and in the field of football my favorite player is Neymar - the way he develops and dribbles on the field enchants me.

I like to travel to places that have beach, especially if it's at a resort.

I have a dog called Zak, he is a 3 year old shih-tzu, and I have one brother who is 25 years old.

The identity's we have is a big part of who we are. It's got everything from where we come from, how we feel about our gender, what tribes we roll with, who we crush on, which flags we wave, what we believe in, how much cash we're packing, what our squad's like, the vibe we dig from our era, and all those funky quirks that make us us. And guess what? It's not set in stone; it's like a constantly remixing track with new beats dropping as we roll through life. So, embracing all these different slices of the pie helps us not just groove with ourselves but vibe with everyone else, making the world a way more rad and inclusive spot.

Me as a Brazilian boy, living in Recreio (Rio de Janeiro) and being a middle class person and a white teeneger... I recognize the privileges I have and I see that there are many people who don't have the good life I have. Many people go through difficulties such as financial problems, racism, homophobia, or ableism. When I was younger, I lived with my mother in an extremely poor neighborhood and today I see how lucky I am to now live in a safe and privileged place, where many people don't have the opportunity that I have.

Even though I was baptized in an Umbanda center, I've always been an Evangelical, ever since I was a baby. I used to go to the church next to my house with my mother and grandparents, and I have a lot of good memories from those years. Nowadays I'm not a very religious person, I'm still Evangelical but not as much, and my religion doesn't change much the way I communicate and look at my surroundings and others. What matters to me is not religion but character.

I'm male, and the way I look at it, I see that I live in a world of sexism thinking, a world that was made for men, where men are in charge and are the leaders of this world, while women are submissive. In my opinion, still having this kind of thinking in the world is completely sexist. Men and women should receive the same opportunities and hopes, so... yes ...I recognize that I have privileges as for my gender, and that women should also have their value established in today's society.

Because I'm a teenager I have more challenges, like in arguments because most of the time when I'm arguing with an adult he can refute my arguments just because I'm younger and think I am "dumber" than him. I can also face challenges about capacity because many people from past generations may underestimate my limitations and capabilities in games, tests and everyday challenges. The main challenge I face are maturity and responsibilities that only increase. When someone enters the adolescence phase these responsibilities only increase as we begin thinking about college, work and the future.

As for race, one is black and the others are white. One of us is a woman and the others are men, some are Catholic, some believe in God and some don't. We have a mix of Black, White, European, Asian ancestors. We are in a middle-high social class.
