Using beautiful illustrations with rich colors, Whoever You Are explains that there are children just like you all over the world; we all dream, hope, laugh, and cry. This book celebrates the similarities and differences between all of us.
Discussion Question: What kinds of things do we all have in common? What kinds of things are unique only to you?
Activity: In spirit of the bright and beautiful illustrations, find a pattern from each country represented in the book. Write "Hello!" in the language of the pattern for each. This can be done in partners or a jigsaw.
