John Hancock was an american merchant and statesman. He is remembered for his large signature on the Declaration of Independance. John was one of the leaders of the Revolutionary War, and is remembered for his leadership. Before the revolution, John Hancock was one of the wealthiest men in the 13 colonies. John Hancock used his wealth to support the revolution and the colonial cause. John Hancock is remembered across the world!
