Reason for the War: 
Paris the son of the Trojan King and Helen wife of the Greek King Menelaus ran away to the city Troy together. To get Helen back Menelaus went to get help from his brother Agamemnon who helped make a Greek army to defeat the Trojans Major

Explained:
The Trojan Horse played a key role with the Greeks helping them defeat Troy in the 10 year quarrel. When the Greeks pretended to surrender from the fight they left behind the Trojan Horse, and inside had Greek Soldiers. When the Trojans finally brought the horse into their city the Greek soldiers jump out descreating the whole Trojan city. 

Outcome of the War:
 The Greeks finally win their 10 year war with the Trojans.
