I am a former Seattleite living in Brittany, France. I am a mixed media artist and fiber lover. I used to craft Dark Bee watercolors, and now I have a crazy amount of watercolors kicking around that are lonely!

I am excited for this course, as I idolize Christina's whimsical style. I notice that it is easy to fall into the trap of "micro managing" your art, and then you lose the ability to just play and be in the moment.

Hello everyone, while I had fun, I was working in a makeshift area late last night with a makeshift water container toppling over by the time I was on my 3rd and 4th piece, so not sure if the paper dried while clean up occurred and there are some much darker / saturated color in some of these pieces. Also, I haven’t used my watercolors in a while, so not sure why my Payne’s gray is so intensely dark / veering toward black instead of the blue… which is all good. However, all this to say - will these work watercolor backgrounds work for this process @Christina?
