Islam emanated from what is today Saudi Arabia. The Prophet Muhammad is seen as the last of God's emissaries (following in the footsteps of Jesus, Moses, Abraham, etc) to bring revelation to mankind. He was distinguished with bringing a message for the whole of mankind, rather than just to a certain peoples. As Moses brought the Torah and Jesus the Bible, Muhammad brought the last book, the Quran. The culture pf Egypt develops around the river Nile, customs and traditions .
The history of the culture of Egypt is clasificated in periods:
Old age of Egypt: (3000 a.C) in this period the mankind egyptian give up cult to gods, like the celestials bodys or constellations.
The new age of Egypt: is a country Cosmopolitan. Egypt have a rich of persons of diferent cultures so is very interesant for the turism.

The history of ancient Egypt dates back to 3100 BC when nomads arrived and created the first settlements in the northern region of the Nile valley. It is believed the civilization lasted for about 3,000 years during which several invasions took place.

These invasions resulted in a blend of cultures and traditions, one of the most famous being the victory of Alexander the Great in 332 BC. During his rule, he earned respect and love from the people due to his practice of religious and cultural tolerance. The Persians, on the other hand, were admired for their royal gardens, while the Nubians and Assyrians aimed to unite Upper and Lower Egypt.

The history of ancient Egypt is divided into several time periods, each defined by a ruling pharaoh. However, the sequencing of events remains uncertain and studies are still in progress. In this article, we will try to provide an overview of the 10 most important events in ancient Egypt:

Ancient Egypt was a civilization that originated along the middle and lower reaches of the Nile River, and that reaches three epochs of pharaonic splendor in the periods called the Old Kingdom, the Middle Kingdom, and the New Kingdom. It reached from the Nile delta in the north, to Elephantine, in the first Nile waterfall, in the south, reaching influence from the Euphrates to Jebel Barkal, in the fourth Nile waterfall, in times of maximum expansion. Its territory also covered, in different periods, the eastern desert and the coastline of the Rilo Sea, the Sinai peninsula, and a large western territory dominating the scattered oases. Historically, it was divided into Upper and Lower Egypt, to the south and north respectively

in ancient egypt the river nile was very important because it was the only river nearby where they could grow seeds and more and it also served to transport and trade objects or people.
A curiosity of the Egyptians is that they mummified the dead so that the spirits did not enter the body of the dead so they believed in immortality.

They learned to grow crops and raise animals, and they began to build villages and towns. They traded with their neighbors and learned to sail boats. By 3000 B.C., a civilization was established.

Around 3100 B.C., the kingdoms of Upper and Lower Egypt were unified under a powerful king, later called a pharaoh. These kings built huge pyramids, temples, and other monuments. They also conquered other lands.

By 1000 B.C., Egypt had split into smaller parts and the kingdom was in decline. Strong neighbors attacked and took over Egyptian territory. In 31 B.C., Egypt fell under Roman control. In A.D. 640, Muslim warriors took over Egypt and founded the modern capital, Cairo. They ruled for several centuries. In the 16th century, Egypt became part of the Ottoman Turkish Empire.

European powers played an increasing role in Egypt starting in the late 18th century. In 1882, the British invaded and occupied Egypt. The British wanted control of the Suez Canal, which linked the Mediterranean Sea with the Red Sea and greatly shortened the sailing trip from Asia to Europe. Egypt gained full independence from Great Britain in 1952 and took control of the Suez Canal in 1956. PEOPLE & CULTURE

About 90 percent of Egyptians are Muslim, which means they are followers of the Islamic religion. About 10 percent of Egyptians are Copts, one of the oldest branches of the Christian religion.

Egypt's population is growing rapidly. This puts strains on Egypt's resources, since most people live in a narrow strip of land along the Nile River. Having so many people in such a small area can cause overcrowding, from schools to apartment buildings to hospitals.

Children are highly valued in Egypt, especially in rural areas where they help on family farms. Children are also expected to look after their parents in their old age.
