As future teachers, we must view new technologies as a tool, not an enemy. We must seek ways and means to use them to our advantage by seeking and sparking our students' interest.

In the field of teaching English as a foreign language, the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, or Quizlet allows for personalized instruction, immediate feedback, and adapting content to each student's level and pace. This not only improves motivation and academic performance but also frees up time for teachers to focus on more human tasks: guidance, emotional support, the development of critical thinking, and continuous assessment.

In this new panorama, the teaching role must be transformed and seen more as something versatile in which the teacher uses and is expert in the use of digital tools which he implements for autonomous and enriched learning for each student, the short process of these activities also allows the teacher to focus on other aspects by personalizing and providing feedback.
