The leader of the Nazis was Adolf Hitler, he was a German politician. The Holocaust is WWII, which was a war against the Germans lasting from 1939-1945. The Germans were killing Jews and keeping them in horrible places called Concentration Camps. Some Jews were able to hide and run away and survive but others weren't. It was also around the time when Pearl Harbor was bombed by Japan. In the movie, it said how gangs were tired of being looked down on and took out their anger by wiping everyone out.
