         <description><![CDATA[<div>Excited to see the manifestation of 2O and 2P under the new CDO and from the official establishment of the DREI office. I feel these goals specifically afford the opportunity for more staff to feel included in the organization, further confirming the efforts that have already preceded in preparation for these actions to successfully be implemented. More so, I feel that these efforts and the feelings of inclusion that they afford to staff will afford a greater willingness to contribute which will certainly lead to a better NORC altogether.</div>]]></description>
