Atticus is not going to win the case because he said he wouldn't. The text says, “Atticus, are we going to win it?” “No, honey.” (Pg. 78 digital) This happens when Scout and Atticus are talking and scout Atticus the question. From this quote, Atticus says he will not win so I am agreeing with him and think he will not win. This matters because the way Atticus thinks this will turn out will affect the way he takes the case. In conclusion, Atticus will not win this case because he says that he won't.

The fireman is a very venerable person.

uncouth- lacking manners or refinement; rude, vulgar, or gauche

The man was kicked out of the store for his uncouth actions.

The man was martyred because of his beliefs.

recluse- a person who lives in voluntary isolation from others

Boo Radley was a recluse.

Scout says that the Radley house has ceased to terrify her because she passed by his house every day to go to school and nothing happened.
Scout is surprised that her teacher hates hitler because of the discrimination of Jews over there but she is fine with the discrimination of blacks where they live. She is similar to the women in the missionary circle because she is a hypocrite.
“Oh nothing, nothing,” she said, “somebody just walked over my grave.” and "When Halloween came, I assumed that the whole family would be present to
watch me perform, but I was disappointed."
