         <description><![CDATA[<p>Clara Campoamor was born on Ferbruary 12th of 1888, in Madrid, Spain.</p><p>When she grew up she became an important lawyer and politician.</p><p>In 1931 she was chosen as a deputy in the Radical Party</p><p>She struggled until she achieved the rights of voting for women. </p><p>During the civil war she had to exile to Buenos Aires, Argentina. She lived there for 10 years and she became a writer. She tried to come back to Spain but she couldn't, so she travelled to Switzerland; there, she worked as a lawyer until she got blind.</p><p>She died on April 30th of 1972 in Lausana, Switzerland.</p>]]></description>
