         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Aims<br></strong><br></div><div><em>Overarching goal:</em> “Shine a light” on the real public health work that is getting done through our UTSPH and our community partnerships.<br><br></div><div>1.      Describe/explore/document the accomplishments of UTHealth School of Public Health practice-related efforts (student practicum, community partnerships, community service, practice-based experience) in partnership with our Texas community and beyond.</div><div> </div><div>2.      Identify our lessons learned and opportunities for enhancement of our practice-based efforts with the aim of ongoing quality improvement.</div><div> </div><div>3.      Identify both best practices of our current UTSPH practice-related efforts that can serve as a model to other Schools of Public Health as well as recommended actions for continual learning and enhancement of our practice-based efforts.</div><div> </div><div><strong>Audience</strong></div><div>·         Texas community and other external stakeholders (who are these?
