This is my third year in a row attending Express Fluency's conference, and I would not trade it for anything.  It is worth more than the price tag.  I am sorry that people are asking for refunds immediately and complaining - a teacher really is a worse critic than a student.  I wish people would be more supportive and understanding.  No one is perfect and we cannot control technology.  I wish all of the people complaining would be empathetic and feel what our amazing organizers are all feeling right now.  Just imagine when they have problems with tech when they are the teachers and not the students, what comments will come from student and their parents.  

The recordings are going to be available for 6 months, you can never get to see anything all in one day anyway, so I really do not understand the complaints other than people just voicing their frustrations in outlets to put others down. Please know this is awesome and I hope you are all have a relaxing night. Tomorrow is a new day, sending positive vibes to you all. Karma goes around, and I know those of you doing everything in your power to help will have some greatness come your way soon. My first class, I couldn't share my power point presentation, so I had to improvise and it was a disaster! Another time I opened the wrong link and I realized 8 minutes later and all my students were waiting for me at the right link... the list goes on and on....  
This is my first year here, I don't personally know any of the presenters... But I will gladly extend to them  the same courtesy my students and their families extended to me in the spring. I cannot wait to sit in the couch and watch the presentations at my convenience when everyone is sleep.  THANK YOU organizers for putting this conference together and for trying to make it perfect. I am so looking forward to tomorrow, the rest of the week and the next weeks so I can watch ALL you have prepared for us!
