         <description><![CDATA[<div>Thank you very much for Tuesday's UCL session, which I found very useful and I look forward to future collaborations.</div><div> </div><div>Several Maths managers spoke of their use of RARPA - I'm wondering if this was in community learning?  Our understanding is that we can do non-accredited English and maths under community learning but not formula funded non-regulated English and maths unless the learner has a significant learning difficult or disability (funding rules below). </div><div> </div><div><strong>  173. We will fully fund non-regulated English and maths learning for learners, including those assessed at pre-entry level, aged 19 years and over with significant learning difficulties or disabilities as part of a personalised learning programme, where assessment has identified the learner cannot undertake provision identified in paragraph 169  </strong></div><div> </div><div>If there are providers delivering formula-funded non-regulated maths to learners without <em>significant learning difficulties or disabilities</em>, my maths colleagues would be interested to hear more of their approach from those who identified this practice,</div>]]></description>
