1. Being used in the sales process - more advanced in the USA markets.
Used for sales of hotel rooms, flights and resorts.
Note there are only 1/3 of retail outlets left in the USA compared to 20 years ago for selling holidays.

a. Virgin Holidays
Stores that featured mVR saw a sales increase of 60% compared to those without, whilst sales of Riviera Maya in participating stores increased 86% YOY.
