- The 4C's—Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, and Creativity—are essential in today’s rapidly evolving world because they enable individuals to navigate complex problems, innovate, and work effectively with others. These skills are crucial for adapting to the demands of the modern workplace, where the ability to think critically, communicate clearly, collaborate with diverse teams, and generate creative solutions is highly valued.

2. How do you currently use this skill in your daily life?

- In my daily life, I use the 4C's in various ways. Critical thinking helps me analyze information and make informed decisions. Communication is vital in expressing my ideas clearly and understanding others. Collaboration occurs when I work with peers on group projects or coordinate tasks with family members. Creativity comes into play when solving problems or finding new ways to approach tasks.

3. How can you improve this skill?

- To improve these skills, I can practice by seeking out challenging situations that require critical thinking, such as tackling complex problems or engaging in debates. Enhancing communication can be achieved by actively listening, seeking feedback, and practicing public speaking. I can improve collaboration by working in diverse teams and learning to appreciate different perspectives. To boost creativity, I can explore new experiences, embrace curiosity, and allow myself to take risks and think outside the box.

- For me , 4C's is valuable skills in today’s generation. Because this skills help us sort through it all and decide what's reliable. It is all about working together and understanding each other. The 4C's help us communicate better, be more creative, think critically, and collaborate with others. It's like building a bridge between people, so we can all understand each other better.

- I use this skill in my daily life through read a lot, ask questions, and try to look at things for being curious of everything . I try to be as open-minded as possible, and listen carefully to what people say. It's always fun to be creative and come up with something unique.
