Last Saturday i was very sad because I missed my friends a lot so I started to think about my old life that I spent going to school, playing football match or going out with my friends .
Because I was melancholy I studied a little and I didn't watch Netflix because I preferred to do a hard workout to distract me, I have trained for two hours and I did abnominal, push-ups and much more.
In this way another day has passed and the evening arrived, my friend called me in a video chat so I finally could see and speak to them about our days at home and I saw that the others were also very bored and sad.
We started to joke and remember good times spent together and in those few hours I was happy and very peaceful and I didn't think about this bad period.
So i believe that in order to not get depressed , the only way is to have contact with my friends.

-Massimo Castellano

Yesterday it was difficult to be totally happy.
I woke up at 10 o’ clock and got ready for the meeting with my classmates and my teacher...
It was nice to see everyone even if only through a computer, it was so different from staying with them in a classroom, talking and laughing all the day.
After the conference I had lunch and at 17 I did my daily work out because, although all the afternoons are the same, I have organized myself.
The evening is the best time of the day, in fact I think that at the end of the quarantine I will become a vampire: I don’t sleep during the night because I prefer playing videogames or seeing my friends in videocalls; for example yesterday me and my basketball mates played all night and we won an important tournament on PS4.
Without the help of my friends the days wouldn’t never pass.
I hope all of this ends as soon as possible because I’m very bored and worried about people’s health.

when the quarantine has started, I was sad because I wasn't going to meet my friends for some time, but I found enough things to do. every day I watch some TV series or movies, during the afternoon I workout while listening to music. I play videogames, I study and I meet my friends through video calls or simply calls. Thanks to the quarantine I can devote a lot of time to my passions for example engineering and artificial intelligence. But because of the quarantine, Formula 1, which is my favorite sport, has not started and I am very sad. At night I go to sleep very late because I play videogames with friends.

Italy, April 5th, almost 30 days of lockdown have passed. It's a kind of funny looking back to normal life when we didn't know what was going to happen. Now nothing will be normal anymore, how it could be? I remember the morning I discovered the new virus; It was a normal morning of december, we were on holyday: I went up the stairs, found the TV on, and I've seen the news. My family and I tought it was't a problem; we were wrong. Maybe not only we were wrong, what everybody tought... it wasn't the truth. You wake up one day and the world has changed. It doesn't matter how long it will take returning to normal life, because it has to. For now, we look out the window and see desert cities, no one in the streets, and, maybe, for the first time in life I see places far away and I feel they can't be reached.

During this period of quarantine there aren’t so many ways to use the time one has. So, to occupy this time and to feel emotions in this empty period, I started to playing the guitar again. When I was in the secondary school, I played the guitar in the orchestra and we have taken part in various competitions and concerts, and we also won some prizes. Nowadays the guitar still gives me the same good feelings as when I was younger, whitout the anxiety and the bad thoughts of this difficult period. Howaver, after four years of inactivity, I still have a lot of work and exercises to do, to return to a medium level and to be able to make a feature with some great artists like Alessio ;).

During these quarantine I tried to do all the things that I didn’t have time to do before. In the first days I was very sad at the thought that I wouldn’t see my friends for at least a month but fortunately we keep in touch, and we video call every day. I am doing many activities to try to waste time, for example yesterday I cooked for the first time after many years and despite the bad result it was a good experience in the end. Another activity that I normally do every day is listening to music but in this period I am trying to expand my knowledge of music beyond hip hop and rock which are my favourite genres.

Finally, to avoid finding myself fat at the end of this quarantine, I am keeping trained at home, as far as I can, because before I practiced swimming and I was used to another type of training.

This period can make us understand many things about our life. I suddenly changed my habits to protect myself and my family because of the corona virus; this epidemic has temporarily changed our way of life but we must follow the rules to survive, and continue to live without fear.
It's difficult for me not to leave the house because of my character, but I have learned to do it. I learned to appreciate the little things than before; I also understood that in our life there are few indispensable people, the rest have no value.
My days are almost the same. In the morning I wake up, do my homework, and once I finish it, I spend the morning talking with my closest friends, watching tv series on Netflix, playing some video games, or listening to music, my greatest passion . In these days I'm widening my musical borders, which are usually quite limited, I only listen to Italian rap.
My afternoons and evenings are practically the same. I often spend nights awake playing online with my friends and listening to music.
It's a really bad period for me, I miss my real friends and the people I love, I hope things can be resolved soon.

Marco Colucci, IV B

The coronavirus has created a very hard moment, all of us are facing an uncertain future.
If this will finish, we have to rethink our life, in terms of our relationships, healthcare, work and most importantly how we could live the this earth, there are no more excuses, we must respect and take care of the ecosystem.
Tomorrow is uncertain but our “present actions” can design the future.
So, during this days at home, the best thing that we can do is to rethink the importance of the connection between humans and the environment.
If we are able to give love, love will came back...and love will spread in our daily life!
In this days I have often thought at my past and, there are some aspect that I miss.
For example I miss going to the dance school.
In this days we are also understanding the value of technology and how it connect human with their social structure such as school and work. But even if I can connect with family and friend my life without sport it’s not the same.
The energy created while you create a coreografy it’s impossible to reproduce while you do an online dance class in your room.
So,I really hope we recreate and improve more ourself with the goals to design an better return on Earth!

Jlenia Riccio

A month has passed and we are still in our homes to slow down the Coronavirus Spreading.

These are boring days, it’s hard to found something that can make less atrocious this confinement.

One advice that i can give to you is to just chill out It’s useless go mad, if you face up this period with a negative mood your quarantine’s days will be the worst days of your life.

What to do at home?

One of the thing that i enjoy the most to do in this period is turn up the music and out of tune my favourite songs and mimic some movements of the singer.

We are in the 2020 the streaming era, we have Netflix, Amazon prime video, infinity and the new disney+. We should take advange of the situation and re-watch our favourite films and series and discovery new one.

We can prove ourselves in kitchen trying to make some good cake and pastries

We can even “meet” friends thanks videochat and messanging apps

But my favorite thing to do at home is playing videogames a really usefull hobby in these times. There are any kind of videogames puzzles, rpg, simulations and others and others you just have to find your favourite one

In conclusion all this is temporary we have only to wait, everything will be fine
